Drone and Terror return to Melbourne on the 28th of October.
For one night only the minds behind Reduction Group Australia present BLACK DRONE MASS, an evening of death-ritual drone and noise at Docklands’ historic Norla Dome.

This event is one not to be missed as these artists create crushing sonic worlds, all to be localised inside the monolithic venue that is the NORLA DOME, a 106 year one of a kind in spherical brick performance space that you’ll need to hear to believe. Â
The performance will feature 4 heavyweights from the world of blackened drone and noise featuring:
Klavier Krieger
Coming off the back their recent US tour, Klavier Krieger will bring their Blackened orchestrated insanity to terrorise the walls of the norla dome, Klavier Krieger will transport you to an uncanny world of nightmares.
DFFDL
DFFDL is a swirling astral reflection on the beauty and insanity of love. Playing songs from their soon to be released latest album, DFFDL will immerse you in their crushing walls of Tim hecker-esque lush noise ambient.
The Blood Of a Pomegranate
Armenian Sound artist ‘The Blood of a Pomegranate’ is a documentation of the devastation felt in a modern wartorn world. Having graced multiple stages all over Australia and Europe the past 6 years, Blood of a Pomegranate will present their haunting call to arms at black drone mass.
Alloxylon
Swathed in death, Alloxylon’s blackened dirges seek to engulf the listener in catharsis and dread. Alloxylon has developed a strong following the last few years through their Sunn O))) style blackened drone. Heed the call of the void.
This All hallows eve, come bear witness alongside us at Discipline Magazine as these artists create crushing sound worlds inside the monolithic venue that is the NORLA DOME, a 106 year one of a kind in performance space full of history and terror.Â
